News/Hype: Finalist - High Plains Book Awards

I’m gobsmacked, dumbfounded, discombobulated, and quite honored.

You may be shocked (as I was) to learn that the book of short stories I wrote and self-published last year – The Broken World – has been selected as a finalist in the High Plains Book Awards. I know, I’m as astounded as you.

Thank you HPBA, and thank you to everyone reading this for your support! Awards will be given out in October. Winners get $500 AND a plaque. Money goes fast, but a plaque is forever.
